We take your privacy seriously. The lines below set out, in plain language, what personal information reaches us through ovidiu-cioflan.ro, why we use it, and how we keep it safe — all grounded in the framework laid down by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. The information we receive

The contact form is the one place where we ask anything of you. There you share your name, email address, phone number, optionally a company name, and your message. Separately, so that we can later show your agreement was given, we store a few technical details of the submission: the date, your IP address and the browser user-agent.

3. Why we process this data

• To get back to you — we use the data to reply and to send over the information you asked for (basis: your consent, and steps taken ahead of a possible contract).
• To stay within the law — we keep a record of the consent you gave, only as far as the rules require (basis: legal obligation and our legitimate interest).

4. How long we keep it

We hold on to nothing longer than we have to. Form data stays with us for as long as we need it to answer you and to meet any legal duties; once that period is over, we either delete it or strip it of anything that could identify you.

5. The partners we rely on

A handful of trusted providers, acting as processors, keep the site running: Supabase handles hosting and storage, Resend delivers email notifications, and Cloudflare Turnstile shields the form from spam. Each of them processes data solely on the instructions we give.

6. The rights you have

The Regulation grants you a generous set of rights: you may ask to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to limit or stop its processing, and to have it transferred to another party. Just as importantly, you can withdraw your consent at any moment and bring a complaint before the competent supervisory authority. To act on any of these, a single email to ovidiu@ekogroup.ro is enough.

7. How we protect your data

Keeping your information secure matters to us, so we have put suitable technical and organizational safeguards in place: access to the database is tightly restricted, information travels in encrypted form, and the form passes through an anti-spam filter before it reaches us.
